If you can text, you can use BuildEasyPro. We built it for contractors who'd rather be on the roof than in an admin app. Most of our customers are up and running within an hour — no training required.

Yes. Send them a link by text or email. They review the proposal, draw their signature with a finger, and tap accept. The signature is legally binding under the ESIGN Act and UETA, and we keep a full audit trail — timestamp, IP address, and a hash of exactly what they signed.

Nothing automatic. We don't ask for a credit card up front, so the trial just ends and your data stays put. When you're ready, pick a plan and we'll start billing. No setup fees, no contracts, cancel anytime.

Project managers and crews get a stripped-down view of just what they need — their assigned projects, today's tasks, the next appointment. They can complete phases, upload before/after photos, and add notes from a phone on the job site. They never see invoices, leads, or anything that isn't theirs.

Record payments by check, cash, ACH, or card — whichever way you actually get paid. The invoice tracks balance due and rolls up into your project's P&L automatically. Online card payments are not built in (yet) — you take payment your way, we just keep the books.

Import them in bulk via CSV, or add them as you go. Most contractors do both — bulk-import the active jobs on day one, then add new leads through the app from then on.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We run on Vercel (US data centers), the database is Neon Postgres, and files live in Cloudflare R2. Each org's data is isolated by tenant — only your team sees your data. We never sell, share, or use your data for training AI.
